Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Last posting dates before Christmas
For UK couriers and Royal Mail, the last collection will be Midday on Friday, 22/12/2023.
Therefore the last date to order to make sure your order arrives before Christmas is Thursday 21st December. If ordering after 2pm on 21st December you may wish to select our Next Day Delivery service to ensure the arrival of your parcel in time for Christmas.
Please note that the Royal Mail service is completely out of our hands and we are stating the last posting dates based on their advice. We will dispatch the goods as quickly as possible in line with our policies but we can never 100% guarantee delivery timings due to this element being out of our control. Therefore, we always advise to make sure you leave plenty of time for your gifts to arrive.
Extended returns over the Christmas period
All orders placed from the 1st December - 22nd December will be subject to an extended returns period until the 7th January. Please inform us of your intention to return or exchange your items by the 7th January via our process outlined below.
As a special treat to our JRF family, every order placed in December will come in one of our beautifully illustrated gift boxes completely free of charge, ensuring that all of your gifts look exquisite this Christmas time. Just place your order as normal and our team will do the rest!
We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 48 hours of placing.
Next day delivery (order before 2pm on the previous working day): £6.99
Standard shipping (please allow 3-5 working days for delivery): £3.95
Free standard shipping for all orders £40 and over.
We partner with Global-e to handle all of our international shipments. Please make sure you change your shipping location via our website before placing your order to give you access to the most beneficial shipping rates. All shipping costs and payment methods are tailored by region and will be clearly available to select at check-out. We offer duty and tax subsidies dependent on the shipping region, and at check out you will have the option to select to pre-pay any additional fees upfront or to be charged separately by the carrier on delivery.
We sometimes put certain items on Pre-Order so you can reserve your piece ahead of dispatch. These items will be clearly marked in the title of the product and an estimated dispatch date will be indicated in the description of the product.
If you wish to Pre-Order this item, please add to bag as normal and check-out. Payment will be taken and you will receive an order confirmation.
Any other items present on the order you place will be dispatched at the same time, so please make sure that if you have other items on the order you are happy for these to be dispatched together. If not, please order these items separately.
You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order is dispatched. Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact date a Pre-Order piece will be dispatched, but we will keep the product page up to date with the most accurate estimate for your information.

UK returns and exchanges:
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you must contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt to initiate your return.
If you wish to return an item, please can you fill out the returns slip enclosed in your package, detailing the reason for your exchange or return, and e-mail email@example.com in order to obtain your returns label.
Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund or exchange within 5 days, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. A £6.99 fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to contribute towards some of the costs we incur from returns shipping and reprocessing.
Please note: our customer service inbox is monitored 9am-2pm Mon-Fri (excluding Bank Holidays). We work our way through all enquiries as quickly as possible, but please allow at least one working day for us to respond. Please make sure to check your junk mail folder if you have not received a response from us within this time as often messages can end up there. Our response time will not affect your ability to return goods to us.

- Items must be returned to us unused with all JRF tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
- Any funds due from a refund should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days of receipt by our warehouse.
- Accessories bought in the sale are only available for an exchange only, not refund.
- Any items bought as part of one of our secret sample sales are not eligible for return or exchange, all sales are final.
- We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for any lost returns packages that have not been returned via our process above. Please note, the returns fee will still be deducted from your refund if the order is returned outside of our policy.
- If you believe your goods are faulty, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to explain the issue and then return them to us using the process outlined above. We will inspect them to verify the issue and then contact you by email to discuss an appropriate resolution.
- Replacement items will not be gift boxed, so you may wish to retain the box from your original order
