Returns and Refunds
UK returns and exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your order, please enclose order details and return within 21 calendar days of receipt for a refund or exchange to the following address:

- Once receiving the goods we will contact you regarding the exchange or refund
- Any funds due from a refund should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days
- If your return is outside this period of 21 days, we can decide whether to give a discretionary voucher code for the same amount as the purchase price or an exchange.
- Accessories bought in the sale are only available for an exchange only, not refund.
- PayPal charge a commission on payments. If you have paid via PayPal and request a refund on an order within the 21 day period, your refund will deduct the commission charged via PayPal as we cannot incur these fees on optional returns.
- If you believe your goods are faulty we will inspect them and then contact you by email or phone to discuss an appropriate resolution.
- Replacement items will not be gift boxed, so you may wish to retain the box from your original order
Jessica Russell Flint cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. We recommend that you send the goods by registered post. We will contact you once we receive your returns within 48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays and then process your request for a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
