Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Please note that orders subject to standard shipping are sent out on a 48hr service. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, sometimes delays will be experienced. We appreciate your patience during this time.
UK returns and exchanges:
If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, you must do so within 21 calendar days of receipt.
**UPDATE DURING COVID-19**
During this time we are trying our best to continue operations as normal, however, we have been informed that our Royal Mail returns portal will not available. Therefore, if you wish to return an item, please can you fill out the returns slip enclosed in your package, detailing the reason for your exchange or return, and e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org in order to obtain your returns label.

- Items must be returned to us unused with all JRF tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
- Any funds due from a refund should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days
- Accessories bought in the sale are only available for an exchange only, not refund.
- We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for any lost returns packages that have not been returned via our process above.
- If you believe your goods are faulty we will inspect them and then contact you by email or phone to discuss an appropriate resolution.
- Replacement items will not be gift boxed, so you may wish to retain the box from your original order
Once we receive your return, we will contact you within 48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays and bank holidays, and then process your request for a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
